摘要目的 利用阿魏酸钠及阿司匹林改善女性灼口综合征患者的微循环,达到改善局部血液供应,改变局部组织及神经的代谢状况,从而减轻症状的目的 .方法 随机选择212例舌腹静脉曲张明显的女性灼口综合征患者,随机分组.治疗组用阿魏酸钠加小剂量阿司匹林几服治疗;对照组采用<口腔粘膜病学>的治疗方法 .均治疗2个月.观察统计效果,进行卡方检验.结果 治疗组与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),绝经期女性治疗差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 用阿魏酸钠加小剂量阿司匹林,治疗绝经期女性微循环障碍性灼口综合有显著的效果.
