摘要目的 探讨枸橼酸氰钾钠溶解肾集合管结晶的疗效.方法 筛选22例肾集合管结晶患者,给予枸橼酸氢钾钠10 g/d,比较治疗前后症状和实验室检查的变化.结果 治疗后,患者腰痛和尿路刺激症状明显减少(86.4%vs 13.6%,68.2%vs 4.5%,P＜0.05),同时尿红细胞和白细胞大幅减少,肾脏多普勒显示集合管结晶有明显改善(95.5% vs 9.1%,68.2%vs 13.6%,100% vs 22.7%,P＜0.05).结论 枸橼酸氢钾钠能有效溶解肾集合管结晶,减少肾结石的发生.

abstractsObjective To study the effect of potassium sodium hydrogen citrate on collecting duet crystal.Methods 22 patients with collecting duct crystal were applied potassium sodium hydrogen citrate (10 g/d),clinical symptom and lab examination were compared after therapy.Results Lumbago and the incidence of urinary symptom were lower(86.4% vs 13.6% ,68.2% vs 4.5% ,P ＜0.05) ,with the decrease of RBC and WBC in urine ,and collecting duct crystal in doppler scan (95.5% vs9.1%,68.2% vsl 3.6%,100% vs22.7%,P ＜0.05).ConclusionPotassium sodium hydrogen citrate is an effective therapy for collecting duct crystal,and it prevents the formation of renal stone.
