摘要采用等离子体质谱法、等离子体光谱法和原子荧光光谱法测定头发微量元素的含量,对20～25岁妊娠30周的妊娠高血压患者和正常妊娠者头发中微量元素的含量和元素问的相关关系进行分析比较.数据表明:妊娠高血压患者的K和Na元素偏高尤为突出,而se和Mn元素含量低于正常妊娠者;且妊娠高血脏患行Ca-Se、Cu-K之间的相关关系极为密切.为妊娠高血压的预防与治疗提供了科学依据.

abstractsIn this paper,the contents of mineral element in hair samples for pregnancy-induced hypertension patients with 30 weeks gestation were measured by ICP-MS,ICP-OES and AFS method and controlled by healthy pregnancy persons with different age from 20 to 25.The correlation of mineral elements and pregnancyinduced hypertension preliminarily studied.It was shown that the contents of K and Na for pregnancy-induced hypertension patients were higher than healthy pregnancy persons.While the contents of Mn and Se are lower than healthy pregnancy persons.The highly relation between Ca-Se,Cu-K were also found.The paper provides guide for prevention and clinical treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension.
