摘要目的 评价MSCT对腹膜后肿瘤病变的诊断价值.方法 回顾分析12例经手术病理证实腹膜后占位病变的CT表现特点.结果12例中肿瘤10例,血肿1例,腰肌脓肿1例.对病变定位诊断准确率为91%(11/12),对病变定性诊断有一定的特征.结论 MSCT增强扫描及MPR成像技术对腹膜后肿瘤定位诊断较为可靠,显示肿瘤对周围器官的侵犯较准确,对评价其可切除性有较大临床应用价值.

abstractsObjective To evaluate the diagnostic value of prlmury retroperitoncal neoplasm with MSCT.Methods The CT appearances of 12 cases primary retroperitoneal neoplasm were analyzed.Results 11 Of 12 lesions.the accuracy of MSCT localization was 91%.10 cases were primary retroperitoneal neoplasm,1 case was retroperitoneal haematoma.other 1 csee was peoas abacess.Conclusion MSCT is reliable for localization diagnosis of primary retroperitoneal neoplasm and were characteristic for the diagnosis of the natare of tumors,and accurately displays about visceral involvement.MPR are helpful for preoperative evaluation.
