摘要目的 观察刺五加注射液治疗顽固性原发性高血压的疗效,探讨中西医结合治疗顽固性原发性高血压.方法 选择本院2005年1月至2008年4月服全剂量的3种或3种以上的不同作用机制(必须包括利尿剂)的降压药物,血压仍≥18.7/12.0 KPa的难治性原发性高血压患者36例.采用自身前后对照方法 在继续服用全剂量的3种或3种以上的不同作用机制(必须包括利尿剂)的降压药物的基础上加用刺五加注射液250 ml(黑龙江完达山制药厂)静脉滴注,1次/d,共14 d.用药前后对血压、及相关实验室指标进行对比观察.结果通过加用刺五加注射液的治疗,从治疗前BP(21.6/13.7±1.8/1.2)KPa降到2周时BP(18.4/12.0±1.6/1.0)KPa(P＜0.01),相关实验室指标均有明显改善(P＜0.01).结论 中西医结合联合刺五加注射液静脉滴注治疗顽固性原发性高血压疗效确切.

abstractsObjective To evaluate acanthopanax injection the clinical effectiveness of for patients with obstinate primary hypertension,investigate therapeutics of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine treat obstinate primary hypertension.Methods 36 pafients suffering from obstinate primary hypertension were selected,who were from Jan.2005 to Apr.2008,all patients were combined used with fulled dosage three or be more than three the different action mechanism of antihypertensives,in which haveto include diuretics,blood pressure still≥18.7/12.0 KPa.A randomized,single blind,and self-controlled study was conducted in 36 patients with obstinate primary hypertension.The basis of 36 patients were continued given fulled dosage three or be more than three the different action mechanism of antihypertensives,in which have to include diuretics,add to 250 ml of Acanthopanax Injection(AI)was given by intravenous drip once a day for 14 days.before and after 2week treatment,blood pressure,interrelated index of laboratory were measured and reacorded.Results After 2 weeks of combined treatment,the mean pressure decreased from(21.6/13.7±1.8/1.2)KPa to(18.4/12.0±1.6/1.0)KPa(P＜0.01),interrelated index of laboratory was significantly improve(P＜0.01).Conclusion The curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine combined acanthopenax injection intravenous drip treat obstinate primary hypertension.
