摘要目的 比较奎硫平和氯氮平治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效与安全性.方法 对印例首次住院的精神分裂症患者,随机分为奎硫平和氯氮平两组,分别进行8周治疗,采用阳性症状与阴性症状量表(PANSS)及副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效及不良反应.结果 两组疗效差异统计学意义(P＞0.05),奎硫平的不良反应少于氯氮平.结论 奎硫平治疗精神分裂症疗效好.不良反应轻.

abstractsObjective To compare the curative effectiveness and safety of adopting quetiapine and clozapine to treat schizophrenia.Methods 60 first episode admitted patients were randomly assigned to 8 weeks of treatment with either quetiapine and clozapine.was evaluated with PANSS and TESS.Results Effects of both drugs were similar in schizophrenic positive.There was no significant difference from their side effects rate (P＞0.05).the side effects of quetiapine was less than that of clozapine.Conclusion The curative effectiveness of adopting quetiapine to treat schizophrenia is good,and its side effects are slight.
