Ultrasonographic Findings of Parathyroid Neoplasms: Comparison with Operation and Pathology
摘要目的 探讨甲状旁腺肿瘤的超声表现,以提高诊断水平.方法 回顾性分析经手术和病理证实的甲状旁腺肿瘤5例,其中甲状旁腺腺瘤4例,甲状旁腺腺癌1例.结果 3例甲状旁腺腺瘤和1例甲状旁腺腺癌超声诊断正确;1例甲状旁腺腺瘤的部位和大小与手术不符合.结论 超声诊断甲状旁腺肿瘤有重要的参考价值.

abstractsObjective To improve diagnositic accuracy by exploring ultrasonographic findings of para-thyroid neoplasms(PTN). Methods Five patients with PTN were analysed retrospetly. Four cases were parathy-roid adenoma(PTA). Another one was parathyroid cancer(PTC). All cases were confirmed with surgery and pa-thology. Results Three cases with PTA and one case with PTC were diagnosed correctly by ultrasonographiy. One case with PTA was misdiagnosed in location and size. Conclusion Ultrasonography plays an important role in the diagnosis of PTN.
