换一批摘要目的 探讨重度支气管哮喘急性发作的治疗方案.方法 回顾性分析本院近4年间48例重度哮喘急性发作患者的临床资料.结果 48例经积极综合治疗均缓解出院.结论 吸氧、β2受体兴奋剂雾化吸入,同时静脉滴注氨茶碱和糖皮质激素等综合治疗取得满意效果.及时发现并正确治疗并发症是治疗的重要方面.

abstractsObjective To explore the treatment plan of severe bronehial asthma patients. Methods A total of 48 severe bronchial asthma patients were retrospective analysed. Results The 48 patients were all re-lieved after active comprehensive treatment. Conclusion Use of comprehensive treatment such as oxygen, in-haler of bronchodilator, theophylline, glyco-crotical hormone has good effect. To discover complication in time and treat correctly were important.
