摘要目的 探讨多房囊性肾细胞癌的诊断和治疗方法.方法 回顾性分析多房囊性肾细胞癌病例18例临床资料,对其诊断及治疗进行分析.结果 18例均行手术治疗,其中根治性肾切除术15例,肾部分切除术3例.18例患者中失访1例,17例获随访,随访时间10～46个月,平均24.7个月,随访17例患者均为无瘤存活.结论 多房囊性肾细胞癌的术前诊断主要依靠影像学检查,手术治疗效果满意,预后佳.

abstractsObjective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of muhilocular cystic renal cell carci-noma(MCRCC). Methods 18 MCRCC cases were reviewed and the diagnosis and treatment were analyzed. Results Of the 18 cases ,15 underwent radical nephrectomy and 3 underwent partial nephrectomy. 17 patients were followed up for 10-46 months(mean,24. 7 months)and 1 was lost of follow-up. All the 17 patients survived with no evidence of cancer. Conclusion The preoperative diagnosis of MCRCC mainly depends on imaging studies. MCRCC can be cured by surgery and the prognosis is favorable.
