摘要目的 探讨晶状体超声乳化人工晶体植入联合小梁切除术治疗急性闭角型青光眼的临床疗效.方法 回顾分析2007年6月至2008年4月在本院住院的急性闭角型青光眼患者32例(单侧),经三联手术,术后随访3月,观察其术后眼压及视力情况.结果 患者术后眼压均控制在正常范围,且视力较术前提高,在术后3月的随访巾眼压均控制稳定,且部分视力仍有提高.结论 晶状体超声乳化人工晶体植入联合小梁切除术治疗急性闭角型青光眼在短期内具有较好的临床疗效.

abstractsObjective To observe the clinical efficacy of phacoemulsification with intraccular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy for treatment of acute angle closure glaucoma(AACG).Methods It was a retrospective case series study.32 cases(32 eyes) of acute angle closure glaucoma were received phacoemulsification with intraocular Iens implantation combined with trabeculectomy operation,and were observed intraocular pressure(10P) and visual acuity in the follow.up 3 months.Results The IOP were all controlled in the normal range and VA were proved post-operation.In the follow-up 3 months,the IOP were controlled well and some VA were still impreved.Conclusion Phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy for treatment of acute angle closure glaucoma have a good clinical efficacy in a short time.
