摘要目的 探索破伤风患者应用气管切开术后能有效的提高治愈率.方法 对气管切开术后患者进行及时保持呼吸道通畅、湿化气道、气管套管管理、心理支持.结果 28例首型破伤风患者适时行气管切开术,积极配合治疗后无一例因窒息死亡.结论 重型破伤风病进行气管切开术,保持呼吸道通畅,采取有效措施可减少并发症和死亡率.

abstractsObjective To study tenanus patients with tracheotomy. Methods After patients operated, to improve patients' lives,such things should be taden earlier,including keeping tracher clear and moistened, mental nursing and mouth care,taking disinfection and partition and so on. Results After operated properly and caring carefully, none of twenty-eight patients in serious conditions was dead because of suffocation. Conclusion Giving patients traeheotomy properly, keeping trachea clcar and taking efficient nursing accordingly, all this can indule complications and improve patients lives significantly.
