摘要目的 对电刀在幼儿腭裂整复术中松弛切口的应用效果进行总结.方法 对70例幼儿单侧完全性腭裂患者随机分成ab两组进行整复手术,其中a组腭裂整复术中双侧松弛切口均采用普通手术刀切开,b组双侧松弛切口均采用高频电刀切开,观察各组手术操作时间、出血量,松弛切口愈合时间,粘骨膜瓣成活情况,并进行比较.结果 b组手术时间较a组明显缩短(P<0.01),出血量较a组明显减少(P<0.01),两组松弛切口愈合时间无明显差异(P>0.05),两组粘骨膜瓣成活情况良好,无坏死现象.结论 高频电刀在幼儿腭裂整复术松弛切口的应用与普通手术刀切开相比较,松弛切口愈合时间,粘骨膜瓣成活情况无明显差异,但具有手术操作时间较短,出血量较少的优点,提高了手术安全性,值得推广应用.
