摘要目的 探讨超声引导32P胶体注射治疗甲状腺良性囊性结节的疗效及临床价值.方法 采用超声引导经皮注射32P胶体治疗甲状腺良性囊性结节120例,其中甲状腺囊肿46例,甲状腺腺瘤囊性变74例.结果 ①甲状腺良性囊性结节在多次治疗后,总有效率为95%,总治愈率为82.5%.其中甲状腺囊肿总有效率为97.8%,总治愈率为84.8%;甲状腺腺瘤囊性变总有效率为93.2%,总治愈率为81.1%.两种囊性结节总有效率和总治愈率差异无统计学意义;②不同大小结节在多次治疗后总有效率和总治愈率差异无统计学意义;③所有病例均未出现明显不良反应.结论 超声引导32P胶体注射治疗甲状腺良性囊性结节是安全有效的微创治疗方法 ,易于被患者接受,具有重要的临床实用价值.

abstractsObjective To evaluate the efficacy and value of ultrasound-guided percutaneous colloid 32p injection in the treatment of benign cystic nodules in thyroid. Results There were 120 benign cystic nodules in thyroid(confirmed by fine-needle aspiration cytology) underwent colloid 32p injection under guidance of ultra-sonography,of which 46 were thyroid cyst, and 74 were cystic degeneration of thyroid adenoma. Results The to-tal effective rate was 97.8% and the total cure rate was 84. 8% for thyroid cyst, and the total effective rate 93.2% and the total cure rate 81.1% for cystic degeneration of thyroid adenoma after many times injection.There were not significant between thyroid cyst and cystic degeneration of thyroid adenoma in the total effective rate and the total cure rate. Among different size nodules,treatment effect was the same after many times injec-tion. In addition,no obvious side effect was found in all patients. Conclusion Injection of colloid 32p is an ef-fective, safe and minimally invasive therapy under guidance of ultrasonography for benign cystic nodules in thy-roid as an alternative to surgery.
