摘要目的 总结鼻内镜下电动吸切器切除腺样体的技术优势.方法 在鼻内镜下行经鼻腔、口腔径路吸割腺样体20例,治疗由腺样体肥大引起的儿童鼾症.结果 术后腺样体切除彻底,无残留,鼻咽部结构显示良好,无出血、无咽鼓管损伤等并发症发生.随访6～12个月,患者睡眠打鼾、鼻阻塞、流脓涕及听力障碍等症状均消失或明显缓解.结论该法避免了操作的盲目性,增加了手术的安全性和准确性,提高了疗效,减少了手术并发症.

abstractsObjective To sum up the experience with adenoidectomy for children's snoring diseases at electrical cutter with suction under nasal endoscopes. Methods 20 cases with children chronic sinusitis, sleep respiratory disorder, heating loss caused by adenoid hypertrophy were operated through nose and month route un-der nasal endoscope in adenoidectomy, with the one year follow-up. Results The adenoid gland was removed completely without of destroying the normal anatomic character. Conclusion The application of double-route nasal endoscope provides a direct and clear view that allows the surgeon to remove adenoid tissue more accurate-ly and effectively with less complications.
