摘要目的 探讨畸形中央尖牙的治疗.方法 选择126颗畸形中央尖牙,根据其临床表现分成五组.牙尖末折断的采取加固法,以防止其折断,已折断无临床证状者用观察法;折断出现症状者分别采用盖髓术,活髓切断术,根尖诱导形成术的方法 结果 126颗畸形中央尖牙,选择治疗方法 正确,严格按照操作要求,疗效满意.结论为了减少畸形中央尖牙造成的严重问题,笔者根据,每个畸形中央尖牙的情况,遵循年轻恒牙的治疗原则,分别选择不同的治疗方法 ,保存畸形中央尖牙,疗效满意.

abstractsObjective Researching into the treatment of deformed central dogteeth. Methods Putting the chosen 126 deformed central dogteeth into five groups according to their clinical features. For the teeth of which tips are not broken we take the way of enforcement in case they might break. For those broken without clinical symptoms we take the observing method. A couple of methods such as marrow-covering, live marrow am-putation,fang inducing formation are separately taken for those broken with symptoms. Results 126 deformed central dogteeth have good effects of treatment by choosing proper methods and strictly performing the required procedures. Conclusion In order to lessen the seriousness of deformed central dogteeth problem, and according to different conditions of them, we could achieve an effective result of keeping them in form by following treat-ment principle of young permanent teeth and choosing different treatment methods.
