换一批摘要目的 总结坚同内同定在实际应用中的优点及缺点.方法 选取5年中治疗的48例颌面部复杂骨折的病例,对比传统治疗组和坚固内固定组的情况,并用一定的判定标准来分析.结果 坚固内固定组的并发症明显少于传统治疗组.结论坚固内固定恢复颌面部形态和功能等方面很有帮助.

abstractsObjective To study the methods of treatment the maxillofacial fracture, and analysis the rigid internal fixation. Methods Patients with the maxillofacial fracture in five years were divided into two the group of rigid internal fixation and the group of traditional treatment. The information of two groups are compared and analysis with a standard. Results The complications of the group of rigid internal fixation are less than that of the group of traditional treatment. Conclusion The rigid internal fixation is great helpful to resume the max-illofacial form and function.
