摘要目的 检测TK1在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达,探讨其在乳腺癌发生发展中的意义.方法 采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测50例乳腺浸润性导管癌及15例癌旁正常组织中的表达.结果 TK1在乳腺浸润性导管癌和癌旁正常组织中阳性表达率分别为70.0%(35/50)和6.7%(1/15),具有显著性差异,与病理分级密切相关,与年龄、淋巴结转移、临床分期、ER、PR无关.结论 TK1表达与肿瘤细胞增生和分级有关,有望成为肿瘤恶性度和预后判断的重要指标,但其确切机制以及与肿瘤进展间的关系需深入研究.

abstractsObjective To test the expression of TK1 in the invasive ductal breast carcinoma and discuss its significance of carcinogenesis and progression in breast carcinoma.Methods Expression of TK1 Was tested by immunohisochemistry SABC method in 50 invasive ductal breast carcinoma and 15 normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma.Results Positive rates of TK1 in the invasive ductal breast carcinoma and normal tissue were 70.0% (35/50) and 6.7% (1/15),respectively,and there were some significant differences between them.The expression of TK1 was significantly associated with pathological grade,but Was no significantly relationship with age,lymph node metastasis,clinical stage,ER and PR in the breast carcinoma.Conclusion Expression of TK1 Was associated with proliferation and pathological grade,and niay serve as an important indictor for evaluating the malignancy and prognosis in breast cancer.But the precise mechanism and the relationship of the TKl expression with the neoplasm progress need further study.
