摘要目的 观察支气管动脉栓塞治疗大咯血的疗效、并发症及安全性.方法 对支气管动脉栓塞治疗的23例咯血患者临床资料进行回顾性分析.结论 本组23例患者经治疗后,治愈18例,治愈率为78.26%,显效2例,有效1例,总有效率为91.30%,无效2例,无效率为8.70%.从术后至今随访4个月～3年均无复发.所有患者未发生严重的栓塞相关并发症(如脊髓损伤和异位栓塞等),大部分患者术后有胸骨后灼热感、咳嗽、胸闷,少数患者有背痛、肋间痛、发热,经对症处理1周内缓解.结论 支气管动脉栓塞治疗大咯血的疗效好、创伤小、恢复快、并发症发生率低.
