摘要目的 探讨CT检查在食管癌诊断中的意义.方法 对经手术病理证实的66例中晚期食管癌CT检查分期进行回顾性分析,分析病变的剧围脏器侵犯及淋巴结转移情况.结果 CT分期与手术对照符合率达88%,对局部淋巴结检出率与病理对照低于50%.结论 CT检查可术前分期、评估手术切除可能性,术后CT检查对疗后再分期评估预后有重要意义.

abstractsObjecflve To evaluate CT examination in the diagnosis of esophageal cancer.Methods CT Examination findings in 66 patients with intermediate or adevanced esophageal carcinoma,who had surgery,were analyzed.Results CT could well display the thickened esophageal wall and correctly estimate neighboring organs with over 88% agreement with surgery results.The sensitivity of showing local and distant lymph node wag less than 50%.Conclusion CT examination plays an important role in staging and estimation of respectability of esophageal carcinoma,and also it is very helpful for determining the extent to be operated and estimating the prognosis.
