摘要目的 介绍邻指背筋膜皮下组织瓣及游离趾甲床移植修复手指甲床缺损.方法 应用筋膜皮下组织瓣及游离趾甲床移植修复手指甲床缺损16例.结果 16例筋膜皮下组织瓣及游离趾甲床全部成活,效果满意.结论 采用筋膜皮下组织瓣及游离趾甲床移植修复手指甲床缺损是一种简单而有效的手术方法.
