摘要目的 探讨逆行股前外侧皮瓣修复膝部大面积软组织缺损的疗效.方法 应用逆行股前外侧皮瓣转移修复膝部大面积软组织缺损6例,皮瓣最大面积20 cm×15 cm,最小面积12 cm×10 cm.结果 6例皮瓣全部成活,创面Ⅰ期愈合,经6～12个月随访,效果满意.结论 逆行股前外侧皮瓣血供可靠,不牺牲主要血管,可切取面积大,是修复膝部大面积软组织缺损的一种理想的手术方法.

abstractsObjective To discuss the application of antero lateral thigh reverse flap for coverage of massive soft tissue defect of the knee.Methods Antero lateral thigh reverse flap was applied for repairing of 6 cases with massive soft tissue defect of the knee.The maximal area of skin flap was 20 cm×15 cm,and minimal area of skin flap was 12 cm×10 cm.Results All 6 flaps survived completey and fast intention of wound was obtained.After 6-12 months follow-up,all patients were satisfied.Conclusion The the antero lateral thigh reverse flap has a reliable blood supply and it can remain the main vessels,so it is a ideal method to repair the massive soft tissue defect of the knee.
