摘要目的 观察中药保留灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效.方法 70例慢性肾功能衰竭患者,随机分为2组.治疗组给予常规治疗加中药灌肠剂;对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予中药灌肠剂治疗,疗程均为2个月.观察治疗前后疗效.结果 两组在临床症状有不同程度的改善,组间比较具有显著差异,治疗组明显优于对照组.两组在治疗期间均无明显不良反应发生.结论 中药灌肠制剂能延缓CRF的进展,明显改善患者的症状和体征,是一种相对安全、高效的中药治疗手段.

abstractsObjective To discuss the curative effect of Chronic Renal Failure by retention enema with the traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 70 CRF patients were randomly divided into.two groups:the treatment group with conventional treatment and retention enema,the control group treated with conventional treatment,the therapeutic effect was observed.Results The symptoms of the two groups were improved in different degree and had significant differences comparatively.The effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.The two groups both had fewer side effects during the period of the treatment.Conclusion Retention enema with the traditional Chinese medicine has the effect of retarding the progress of CRF and also has significantly improved the symptoms and signs of patient.Therefore,it is a relatively safe and efficient means.
