摘要目的 观察生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效.方法 51例急性胰腺炎分为两组治疗:对照组常规治疗;治疗组常规治疗的基础上应用生长抑素治疗.观察主要症状变化与实验室检查结果.结果 治疗组在血、尿淀粉酶、白细胞恢复正常时间,腹痛腹胀消失时间明显短于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎疗效显著.

abstractsObjective To observe the somatostatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods 51 cases of treatment of acute pancreatitis were divided into two groups:the control group conventional treatment;treatment group on the basis of conventional treatment of somatostatin in the treatment of applications.The main symptoms observed changes and results of laboratory tests.Results In the treatment group,the blood and urine amylase,WBC returned to normal time,the disappearance time of the stomach pain was significantly shorter than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Somatostatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis a significant effect.
