摘要目的 为了探讨早、中、晚期孕妇血清中甲胎蛋白(AFP)的含量变化及规律,以助于对宫内胎儿生长的动态观察.方法 正常对照组100例,我院健康体检人员,年龄20～30周岁.孕妇组139例,年龄21～32周岁,从孕早期开始至晚期跟踪观察.结果 正常对照组AFP浓度为(5.21 ±2.63)μg/L,孕早期为(62.35 ±25.31)μg/L、中期为(158.17±33.68)μg/L、晚期为(113.43 ±21.59)μg/L.孕早期AFP浓度与孕中期比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05),孕中期AFP浓度与孕晚期比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 随着孕期的增加AFP含量逐渐升高,早期、中期、晚期孕妇血清AFP比较明显高于对照组,孕中期阶段孕妇血清中的AFP浓度最高.正常妇女的妊娠期间血清AFP按一定的规律变化,如出现异常增高或降低,提示胎儿有先天性疾病.因此,AFP可作为观察胎儿质量的一项重要参考指标,对优生优育有一定的临床意义.

abstractsObjective To explore the content changing and law of A-fetoprotein (AFP) in serum of pregnants in early,medium and later period to help the dynamic observation of the foetus grew in the palace.Methods 100 healthy personnel,from 20 years old to 30 years old,who accepted physical examination in our hospital were included in the normal control group.139 pregants,from 21 years old tjo 32 years old,were included in the pregnant group and follow-up observation were given to them from the early pregnancy to the later period.Results The density of AFP in the normal control group was ( 5.21 ±2.63 ) μg/L and in early pregnancy was (62.35±25.31) μg/L,medium period (158.17±33.68)μg/L,later period (113.43±21.59)μg/L.There was statistical meaning comparing the density of AFP in early pregnancy and in medium,as well as in medium and in later period.Conclusion As the pregnancy time progesses,the content of AFP increases.AFP in serum of pregnants in early,medium and later period is obviously higher than that in control group and it arrives the highest level in the medium period.Serum AFP changes according to certain law during the gestation of normal women and foetuses have congenital diseases if it increases or reduces unusually.Therefore,AFP can be an important index to observe foetus's quality and it has certain clinical meaning in raising healthier,better educated children.
