摘要目的 评价葛根素对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者胰岛素抵抗(IR)的影响.方法 50例2型糖尿病患者接受葛根素治疗2周,30例健康志愿者作为对照组.检测入选时和2周后空腹血糖、血浆胰岛素,计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI).结果 治疗2周后,葛根素组胰岛素抵抗有明显改善,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 葛根素能改善2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗.

abstractsObjective To evaluate the effect of puerarin on insulin resistance (IR)in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods Fifty T2DM patients were selected and treated with puerarin and 30 healthy volunteers were selected as control group.The blood glucose and insulin levels were measured,and insulin sensitivity index was calculated before and after treatment.Results After the treatment for 2 weeks,the serum insulin levels were decreased significantly in T2DM patients after treatment (P＜0.05 ).Conclusion The puerarin has good effects on T2DM.It may decrease the serum insulin levels and improve insulin resistance in T2DM patients significantly.
