摘要目的 探讨应用解剖钢板治疗股骨近端粉碎性骨折的临床效果.方法 采用切开复位解剖钢板内固定治疗股骨近端粉碎性骨折72例.结果 72例患者中随访3个月～6年,2例发生轻度髋内翻,3例出现松质骨螺钉松动,1例骨折延迟愈合,愈病例骨折全部愈合,髋关节功能恢复满意.结论 解剖钢板治疗股骨近端粉碎性骨折具有操作简单、固定可靠复位满意等优点,为一种较为理想的治疗方法.

abstractsObjective To explore the dimical effects in comminuted fractures of proximal femur.Methods In a patients with comminuted fractures of proximal femur were treated with opened reduction and put internal fixation of anatomical plate.Results 72 patients were followed up for 3 months～6 years,2 cases of light coax vara,3 cases of screw loosening,only 1 case of delaying union.Othes were healed and the function of the hip joint recorered satifiiy.Conclusion The anatomical plate has the advantages of easy access of manipulator,reliable fixation,satify reduction and so on in the comminuted fractures of proximal femur.So it is a more good management protocol.
