社区健康教育模式对代谢综合征管理效果的研究
Study on the Effect of Community Health Education Model for Metabolic Syndrome Patients
摘要目的 探索社区健康教育模式和途径对代谢综合征患者的管理效果.方法 采用随机抽样的方法,将300例代谢综合征患者分为观察组(150例)和对照组(150例).观察组:应用医生-家庭团队服务模式开展健康教育活动.对照组:应用传统的医生-患者一对一服务模式开展健康教育活动.两组均随访观察6个月,并进行效果评价.结果 观察组的代谢综合征知识知晓水平和治疗依从性显著高于对照组(p<0.01);观察组血压和空腹血糖下降幅度大于对照组,差异具有显著性(p<0.01).结论 面向社区代谢综合征患者开展医生-家庭团队服务模式的健康教育,对改善患者对代谢综合征的知晓水平以及提高治疗依从性等具有明显作用.

abstractsObjective To Explore the effect of community health education model for metabolic syndrome patients.Methods 300 metabolic syndrome patients were randomly divided into observation group(150 examples)and control group(150 examples).In observation group,doctors-family team service delivery model was given.And in control group,using the traditional model of doctors-patients with one-on-one service delivery.Two groups were followed and watched over 6 months,and then effect evaluation was carried out.Results The observation group performed much better in their metabolic syndrome knowledge rate and treatment compliance tests than these in control group(P<0.01).The decrease amplitude of blood pressure and fasting blood glucose in observation group were more than these in control group.The difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The metabolic syndrome knowledge rate and treatment compliance will be improved once doctors-family team service delivery mode is implemented for metabolic syndrome patients in community.
