摘要目的 探讨直肠黏膜多次切闭术加直肠周围注射治疗Ⅱ～Ⅲ度直肠脱垂的疗效.方法 回顾性分析从2004年9月至2009年7月采用直肠黏膜多次切闭术加直肠周围注射治疗Ⅱ～Ⅲ度直肠脱垂16例临床资料.结果 16例全部治愈.平均手术时间50 min,术后住院时间平均5 d,术后均无大出血及肛周感染.术后随访3～36月,无1例复发、大便失禁、直肠肛门狭窄、结肠功能紊乱、排便障碍、性功能减退等后遗症.结论 直肠黏膜多次切闭术加直肠周围注射治疗Ⅱ～Ⅲ度直肠脱垂具有操作简单、手术时间短、创伤小、痛苦小、恢复快、并发症少等优点,适合临床推广.

abstractsObjective To evaluate therapeutic effect?of rectal mucosal closure technique cut several times plus rectum around injection in the Treatment of Ⅱ～Ⅲ degree rectal prolapse Methods The clinical data of 16 cases of Ⅱ～Ⅲ degree rectal prolapse treated by rectal mucosal closure technique cut several times plus rectum around injection from September 2004 and July 2009 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Sixteen cases were all cured.The mean operating time was 50 mins and hospital stay was 5 days after operation.All patients had no hemorrhage and perianal infection postoperatively.No case of local or systemic relapse、fecal incontinence、anorectal stenosis、colon dysfunction、defecation obstacles and sexual dysfunction was obserred by follow-up of 3-36 months.Conclusion rectal mucosal closure technique cut several times plus rectum around injection in the Treatment of Ⅱ～Ⅲ degree rectal prolapse is feasible.And it has the advantages of simple、short operation time、minimal invasion、less pain、fewer complications and rapid recovery.
