摘要目的 探讨股骨近端锁定加压钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效.方法 39例股骨粗隆间骨折患者分别采用股骨近端锁定加压钢板内固定,观察骨折愈合情况,功能恢复情况及有无并发症的发生.结果 36例获得随访,随访时间8～20个月,平均13.3个月,骨折均一期愈合,无髋内翻及其它并发症的发生.结论 股骨近端锁定加压钢板是股骨粗隆间骨折有效的治疗方法,可有效防止并发症的发生,临床疗效满意.

abstractsObjective To investigate the clinical efficacy of locking compression plate for the treatment of intertrochanteric femoral fracture.Methods 39 patients with intertrochanteric femoral fracture were treated with locking compression plate internal fixation.Clinical healing of fracture,post-operative restored function and complications were observed.Results 36 patients were followed up.The follow-up period ranged from 8 to 20 months with an gverage of 13.3 months.All the fractures were healed up,no coxa vara and other complications were found.Conclusion Locking compression plate internal fixation is an effective method for treating intertrochanteric femoral fracture.It can reduce complications effectively and has a satisfactory clinical efficacy.
