摘要目的 探讨胫骨Pilon骨折的治疗方法.方法 对27例胫骨Pilon骨折视情况采用不同治疗方法.结果 5例采用.非手术治疗,手术治疗22例,非手术治疗组,优2例,良1例,差2例;手术治疗组,优10例,良6例,中4例,差2例.结论 胫骨Pilon骨折类型复杂,并发症多且后果严重,pilon骨折的解剖复位和固定可获得最佳临床结果,以预防创伤性关节炎、关节僵直等并发症,最大限度地恢复踝关节功能.

abstractsObjective To investigate the Pilon tibial fracture treatment.Methods 27 cases of Pilon fractures of the tibia,as the case may uge different treatment methods.Results Five cases of non-surgical treatment,22 cases of surgical treatment,non-surgical treatment group,two cases of excellent,good in 1 case and poor in 2 cases;surgical treatment group,10 cases of excellent,good in 6 cases,4 cases and poor in 2 cases.Conclusion Tibial Pilon fracture types are complex,and the consequences have more serious complications,pilon fractures anatomic reduction and fixed access to the best clinical outcome,in order to prevent traumatic arthritis,joint stiffness and other comphcations,to maximize the functional restoration of the ankle.
