换一批摘要目的 探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除(LC)并发症防治体会.方法 回顾性分析210例LC病例临床资料.结果 本组无胆道损伤、胆漏等严重并发症,无死亡.结论 开展LC初期,需组织专业小组,有丰富的胆道剖腹手术经验、严格掌握操作技巧是减少并发症的关键.
