摘要目的 探讨心理行为干预对防止酒依赖患者复饮的疗效.方法 在山西省荣军精神康宁医院住院治疗的酒依赖患者中选取符合入组标准和排除标准的64例,随机分为干预组(32例)和对照组(32例).干预组,除给予常规药物替代治疗外,还给予系统的心理行为干预,疗程6个月;对照组单用常规药物替代治疗.干预前后分别应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、健康状况问卷(SF-36)、心理渴求自评量表进行评定.结果 在干预第4周,干预组的心理渴求评分与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(t=4.216,P＜0.05);在干预结束时,干预组的戒酒率(51.9%)明显高于对照组(23.5%),差异具有统计学意义(χ2=5.41,P＜0.05).结论 心理行为干预能有效的降低酒依赖患者的复饮率.

abstractsObjective Explore the Psychological and behavioral intervention to prevent the resumption of drinking in patients with alcohol dependence evaluation. Methods Relies on the patient in the Shanxi province disabled soldier spirit healthy and peaceful hospital treatment's liquor to select conforms to into the group standard and the elimination standard 64 cases, divides into the intervention group ( 32 cases ) and the control group(32 cases). The intervention group, besides gives the conventional medicine substitution treatment, but also gives system's psychological behavior intervention, treatment course 6 months;The control group uses the conventional medicine to substitute the treatment only. Around the intervention using Hamilton despondent meter (HAMD) , Hamilton anxiety scale ( HAMA ) , the state of health questionnaire ( SF-36 ), psychology earnestly seeks separately from comments the meter to carry on the evaluation. Results The first four weeks in the intervention, Psychological desire for the intervention group compared with the control group score, Statistically significant difference( t = 4. 216 ,P ＜ 0. 05 ) ;The end of the intervention,the abstinence rate in the intervention group ( 51.9% ) was significantly higher than that ( 23.5% ), with statistically significant differences (X2 = 5.41, P ＜0.05 ). Conclusion The psychological behavior intervention can effective reduce the liquor to rely on patient's duplicate attracting rate.
