摘要目的 探讨非侵袭性鼻窦曲菌病的病因、诊断及治疗方法,提高首诊准确率.方法 回顾性分析本科2001～2008年采用鼻内窥镜手术治疗的非侵袭性鼻窦曲菌病45例患者.结果 45例临床症状均消失,鼻内窥镜检查见窦口开放良好,无脓性分泌物,术腔均已上皮化.随访6个月～2年,无一例复发.结论 非侵袭性鼻窦曲菌病症状无特异性,CT或MRI检查能提高术前诊断率,内镜鼻窦手术是治疗的首选术式.

abstractsObjective To explore the pathogeny, diagnosis and treatment of non-invasive aspergillosis of the paranasal sinuses thus improve the initial diagnosis accuracy. Methods 45 cases of non-invasive aspergillosis of the paranasal sinuses treated with ESS from 2001 to 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All of patients' symptoms had been disappeared, and the entrance to paranasal sinuses were patent with smooth sinus wall and no secretion in sinus cavity. 45 cases had been followed up for 6 months to 2 years and no recurrence occurred. Conclusion There is no specificity with non-invasive aspergillosis of the paranasal sinuses. Preoperation diagnosis rate can be improved with the help of CT or MRI. Nasal sinus surgery with nasal endoscope may be the first choice for treatment.
