摘要目的 探讨乙肝病毒感染与胆囊炎胆石症的关系.方法 回顾本院2005年至2008年收住的乙肝性肝硬化患者87例,均行肝胆B超检查、肝功能检测;收住胆囊炎胆石症患者94例,均作既往传染病史调查和乙肝病毒标志物、肝功能检测.结果 87例乙肝性肝硬化患者中胆囊炎胆石症患者共占71.2%,94例胆囊炎胆石症患者乙肝病毒感染率达57.4%.结论 胆囊炎、胆石病的发生与HBV乙肝病毒感染有明显的相关关系.

abstractsObjective To explore the relationship between hepatitis B virus(HBV) infection and cholecystitis cholelithiasis. Methods Review 87 viral hepatitis B liver cirrhosis cases treated in our hospital from 2005 to 2008, B-ultrasomotonography in liver and gallbladder and liver function tests were performed. 94 cases of cholecystitis cholelithiasis were admited, both of the history of previous investigations of infectious diseases、hepatitis B virus markers and liver function tests were taken. Results There were 71.2% of cholecystitis cholelithiasis in group of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis cases,94 cases of cholecystitis cholelithiasis in patients with HBV infection rate of 57.4%. Conclusion There is a clear correlation between the cholecystitis cholelithiasis and HBV infection.
