摘要目的 证明泊洛沙姆188(Poloxamer188)对脑损伤大鼠脑组织产生保护作用.方法 建立大鼠急性硬膜下血肿模型,将大鼠模型随机分成两组:对照组和P188治疗组.按30 min、2 h、6 h、12 h时间点监测颅内压,同样时点取大鼠受压迫区脑组织,测定其含水量.最后用统计学方法对比各组间的统计学差异,对结果进行分析和讨论.结果 对照组30 min与该组2 h、6 h时间段比有统计学意义(P<0.05),与12 h比较无统计学意义;P188治疗组12 h时较同一时间段模型组有统计意义(P<0.05).各组脑组织含水量与时间成正比关系.对照组与P188治疗组12 h脑组织含水量有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 颅脑损伤早期,颅内压、脑含水量呈正相关关系;静脉注射P188能够减少大鼠急性硬膜下血肿模型脑组织含水量,降低颅内压,提示颅脑损伤后P188可以透过血脑屏障.

abstractsObjective To prove that P188 can protect brain tissue of brain injured rats. Methods To establish the acute subduaral hematoma rat as the model. All rats were randomly assigned into 2 groups: Control class and P188 treat class. Monitor ICP( intracranial pressure) and Determine liquid water content at 30 min ,2h,6 h,12 h. Finally,make the contrast of statistics differences among all the groups through the method of statistics, and provide analysis and discussion on the results. Results There is statistics meaning for the comparisons of 30 min ,2 h and 6 h inside the Control class( P < 0.05 ), and it is statistically meaningless to compare with 12h. 12 h of p188 class is statistically meaningful when comparing with 12 h of model class(P <0.05). It shows that the water content of every classe brain tissue change with the time changing and it is direct ratio. Liquid content of control class at 12 h is statistically meaningful when compare with P188 class (P < 0.05). Conclusion At the early period of craniocerebral injury, ICP and liquid content of brain is direct ratio. Ⅳ P188 can reduce liquid content, bring down ICP in the acute subduaral hematoma rat as the model. This result points out P188 can across blood brain barrier.
