摘要目的 评价彩色多普勒超声对下肢动脉血栓形成的诊断价值.方法 对41例经手术证实的下肢动脉血栓患者应用彩色多普勒超声检测各段动脉内血栓的发生部位、类型、表现及其血管壁粥样硬化程度及血流状态.结果 彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢动脉血栓的符合率达100%,血栓发生部位以腘动脉及股动脉较多见.结论 彩色多普勒超声能够实时、方便、快捷、准确地评价下肢动脉血栓形成以及下肢动脉粥样硬化及其并发症的病变程度及特点,可为手术方案的选择提供直观、准确的影像学依据.

abstractsObjective To estimate the value of CDFI used in the diagnosis of in the lower extremities.Methods 41 cases with thrombosis proved by surgery having been examined by ultrasonic equipments to find the sites, types, manifestations of thrombosis, and the degree of atherosclerosis and the state of blood flow. Results All cases of arterial thrombosis found in the lower extremites by CDFI conformed with operation. Most of the sites of thrombosis found in popliteal and femoral arteries. Conclusion CDFI can be used to diagnose thrombosis in the lower extremities in real-time, easily, rapidly, and exactedly and can be used as a convenient method to offer exact data for surgeons.
