换一批摘要子宫外产时治疗是基于"视胎儿为患者"这一理念而建立在胎儿手术与母体剖宫产术基础上的技术.此手术的关键点在于继续维持脐带对胎儿的供血与供氧,而术中胎儿的麻醉也将主要通过脐带从母体获得.此类手术的麻醉处理更是决定手术成败的重中之重.作者采用静吸复合全麻成功的为两例妊娠妇女实施了分娩期EXIT,术后母婴均存活.
