D-试验检测耐红霉素葡萄球菌对克林霉素诱导耐药研究
Study for induciabl clindamycin resistance in erythromycin resistance Staphylococcus isolates by the DTest
摘要目的 了解本院临床分离的耐红霉素葡萄球菌中诱导型克林霉素的检出率及耐药状况.方法 按临床试验室标准化研究所(CLISI)K-B纸片法检测葡萄球菌的耐药性,同时CLSI2004年推荐的双纸片协同法(D-试验)检测红霉素和克林霉素的耐药性.结果 293株葡萄球菌D-试验阳性的是62.2%,其中耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌57.7%,甲氧西林敏感葡萄球菌4.5%.结论 实验室常规开展D-试验检测红霉素对克林霉素的诱导耐药,提供临床医师合理选用大环内酯类、林可霉素类和链阳菌素B类(MLSB)抗菌药物.

abstractsObjective To understand the drug resistance of Staphylococcus to erythromycin and clindamycin and the prevalence of inducible clindamycin resistance of erythromycin-resistant Staphylococcus in our hospital. Methods Kirby-Baucr disk diffusion method were used to detect the drug resistancd of Staphylicoccus, and D-test suggested by CLSI 2004 guidelines were used to determine the induciabl clindamycin resistance in erythromycin resistance Staphylicoccus Results Among 293 cases, D-test positive rate 62.2%, and methecillin resistance staphylococcus (MRS)positive rate 57.7%, Methecillin sensitive staphylococcus positive rate 4.5%. Conclusion The clinical microbiology laboratory should detect the induciabl clindamycin resistance in erythromycin resistance Staphylicoccus by D-test. In order to help physicians to select reasonable macrolidelincosarnide-streplogramin B (MLSB) for Staphylicoccus infection.
