摘要目的 观察维拉帕米二甲双胍联合用药对高血压合并2型糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)患者降压及降糖作用.方法 将129例高血压合并2型DM患者分为2组,维拉帕米治疗组98例,对照组31例.(1)维拉帕米治疗组:盐酸维拉帕米缓释胶囊180 mg/d,二甲双胍750～1500 mg/d,缬沙坦80～160ng/d,阿司匹林100 mg/d;(2)对照组,缬沙坦80～160 mg/d,盐酸维拉帕米缓释胶囊180 ng/d,阿司匹林100 mg/d;(3)血压观测:受试患者早7:00及晚22:00,每日测量2次,记录收缩压(SBP)及舒张压(DBP).结果 ①二甲双胍2周后收缩压及舒张压与治疗前比较明显下降,4,6周后血压降到正常范围,治疗后比较差异具有显著性(P<0.01);②对照组治疗6周后自身比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),但血压未降到正常范围;③两组治疗6周后比较差异具有显著性(P<0.01),维拉帕米治疗组明显优于对照组;④维拉帕米治疗组治疗12周后复查TC、TG、LDL明显下降,治疗后差异有显著性(P<0.05),HDL治疗后升高为(2.73±0.17),治疗后差异有显著性改善(P<0.05),维拉帕米治疗组明显优于对照组.结论 维拉帕米与二甲双胍联合用药对高血压合并2型糖尿病(DM)患者具有良好的降压效果及降糖作用.

abstractsObjective To observe blood pressure lowering effect and the blood glucose lowering effect on the combination of Verapamil and Metformin therapy for hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (diabetes mellitus, DM). Methods 129 cases of hypertension in patients with type 2 DM were divided into two groups, Verapamil treatment group, 98 cases in the control group 31 cases. Conclusion The combination of Verapamil and Metformin therapy for hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) patients has good blood pressure lowering effect and blood glucose lowering effect.
