骨折合并脑外伤患者血清中TGF-β1含量分析
Analysis of serum TGF-β1 levels in cerebral trauma affiliating bone fracture patients
摘要目的 分析骨折合并脑外伤患者血清中转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)含量,探讨TGF-β1在脑外伤促进骨折愈合中的作用.方法 对27例骨折合并脑外伤患者、36例单纯骨折患者、32例单纯脑外伤患者,分别于伤后1、3、7、14 d采用酶联免疫法进行血清TGF-β1含量检测,并与20例正常人血清TGF-β1含量对照.结果 骨折合并脑外伤组血清TGF-β1含量明显低于单纯骨折组及单纯脑外伤组(P<0.05);正常人血清TGF-β1含量高于其他各组(P<0.05);单纯骨折组与单纯脑外伤组血清TGF-β1含量无明显差异(P>0.05).结论 TGF-β1可能在脑外伤促进骨折愈合中起着重要作用;血清TGF-β1的降低可能是脑外伤促进骨折愈合机制之一.

abstractsObjective To Analyze the serum TGF-β1 levels in cerebral trauma affiliating bone fracture patients and discuss the effects of TGF-β1 on cerebral trauma accelerating fracture healing. Methods 27 cerebral trauma and fracture patients, 36 fracture patients and 32 cerebral trauma patients were observed, The levels of TGF-β1 were detected by ELISA method on the days of 1,3, 7, 14 after trauma. There were also 20 normal serums as control. Results The serum TGF-β1 levels in cerebral trauma affiliating bone fracture patients were significantly lower than those in simple fracture or cerebral trauma patients(P<0.05). The TGF-β1 levels in normal serums were obviously higher than those in the other groups (P<0.05). There were no difference in TGF-β1 levels between simple fracture patients and simple cerebral trauma patients(P >0.05). Conclusion TGF-β1 may play an important role in cerebral trauma accelerating fracture healing, The decrease of serum TGFβ1 levels maybe one mechanism of cerebral trauma accelerating fracture healing.
