摘要目的 探讨乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的超声表现.方法 回顾性分析19例经手术病理证实的乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的超声声像图特征.结果 19例乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的超声声像图表现可分为四型.Ⅰ型:导管扩张伴导管内乳头状等回声;Ⅱ型:囊实混合性结节;Ⅲ型:实性肿块;Ⅲ型:单纯导管扩张.结论 超声能显示乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的直接或间接声像特征,通过总结分析,诊断率有望进一步提高.

abstractsObjective To investigate the ultrasonographic appearance of breast intraductal papilloma.Methods 19 cases of ultrasonography characteristics of breast intraductal papilloma confirmed by pathology,were studied retrospectively. Results Ultrasonography characteristics of breast intraductal papilloma in 19 cases can be classified into four types. Ⅰ type: dilation of duct with intraductal papillary equal echo; Ⅱ type: bag solid mixed masses; Ⅲ type: solid bump; Ⅲ type: simple dilation of duct; Conclusion Ultrasonography can demonstrate direct and indirect ultrasonographic characteristics of breast intraductaI papilloma. The ultrasonographic diagnostic rate can be improved by analysis and summary.
