摘要目的 探讨脑卒中急性期凝血机制的变化规律,以为其治疗提供依据.方法 选取2006年12月至2009年2月于我院治疗的47例脑卒中早期的患者为研究对象,将其设为观察组,选取同期的45名健康人为对照组,检测所有人员的凝血四项与纤溶三项,其中观察组第1、3、7天时分别进行检测,后将结果进行研究比较.结果 经研究比较发现,脑卒中急性期凝血四项与纤溶三项的变化均较明显,P＜0.05或P＜0.01,差异有统计学意义.结论 对脑卒中急性期的患者进行凝血机制方面的规律监测,对于提高疗效,为治疗提供依据有着积极的意义,因此值得临床进一步研究探讨.

abstractsObjective To study the change regularity of coagulation mechanism of acute period of cerebral apoplexy in order to provide evidence for the treatment of acute period of cerebral apoplexy.Methods 47 examples acute period of cerebral apoplexy patients from December 2006 to February 2009 in my courtyard treatment was observation group,at the same time,45 examples normal healthy person were selected as the control group.The coagulation system and fibrinolytic system of all the persons were tested.And the coagulation system and fibrinolytic system were tested at the first,third,seveth day.Then the level were compared and studied.Results Atfter the research,we found that the coagulation system and fibrinolytic system both had larger variety,P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01,the difference had statistical significance.Conclusion The clinical study of changes on coagulation mechanism of acute period of cerebral apoplexy can provide evidence for the treatment of acute period of cerebral apoplexy and improve the curative effect,is worth further studying.
