摘要目的 观察止嗽散合三子养亲汤加减辅助治疗老年肺炎的疗效.方法 选择2007年1月至2009年1月住院的老年肺炎患者116例,随机分为治疗组56例,对照组60例.对照组采用西医常规治疗,包括抗菌药、止咳化痰、平喘、氧疗等,治疗组在对照组的基础上辅以内服止嗽散合三子养亲汤加减汤剂,比较两组患者在咳嗽咳痰好转时间,肺部罗音减少时间和X线胸片炎症吸收程度的差异.结果 治疗组咳嗽咳痰好转时间、肺部罗音减少时间和X线胸片炎症吸收程度均优于对照组,差异有显著性,P＜0.05.结论 在西医抗菌药等常规治疗的基础上辅以内服止嗽散合三子汤养亲汤加减治疗老年肺炎,疗效较好,能缩短病程,对减少抗菌药使用,从而减少耐药菌生成,改善预后,有重要的临床意义.

abstractsObjective To Observe Zhisou Powder and three sub-biological parent Decoction efficacy of adjuvant therapy for pneumonia in the elderly.Methods Choose from January 2007 to January 2009 hospitalized patients with pneumonia,116 cases of elderly ,56 cascs were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 60 cases.The control group were treated with conventional Western medicine treatment,including antibacterial drugs,cough phlegm,asthma,oxygen,etc.,the treatment group in the control group supplemented with oral administration on the basis of the third son of Yang Zhisou Powder and pro-decoctiou decoction were compared cough,sputum improves the time patients,pulmonary rales reduce the time and the X-ray absorption degree of difference in inflammation.Results The treatment group improved time to cough sputum,pulmonary rales reduce the time and the X-ray absorption level of inflammation were better than that in the control group,the difference was significant,P ＜ 0.05.Conclusion And other antibacterial drugs in Western medicine on the basis of conventional therapy supplemented by oral administration Zhisou Powder and three sons to support the pro-Tang Decoction senile pneumonia,efficacy is better and be able to short the course,reduce the usc of antimicrobial drugs,thereby reduce the drug-resistant generation and improve the prognosis has important clinical significance.
