换一批摘要目的 探讨功能性鼻内窥镜手术(functional endoscopic sinus surgery,FESS)失败的原因.方法 对2007年6月至2009年7月我科收治的复发性鼻窦炎36病例进行回顾性分析.结果 经二次手术及术后规律随诊,坚持用药,患者均获得痊愈.结论 FESS手术前详细的CT阅片、缜密的手术方案,规律复查,坚持用药对手术的疗效起着至关重要的作用.
