换一批摘要目的 探讨腹腔镜在治疗结直肠癌中的应用及手术方法.方法 回顾分析2005～2009年28例结直肠癌患者行腹腔镜手术的经验.结果 全组无手术死亡病例.腹腔镜手术时间120～240min(平均160 min).结论 腹腔镜结直肠手术是安全的,短期效果理想,适合结直肠癌病例.

abstractsObjective To evaluate the results of laparoscopic colorectomy in treatment of colorectal cancer. Methods The data of 28 cases underwent laparoseopic colorectal surgery from 2005 to 2009 were reviewed retrospectively. Results No patient died in this series. The average perative time was 160 (120-240)min. Conclusion Laparoscopic colorectal resection is feasible and safety. Its short term outcome is good. And it can be used in treating colorectal cancer.
