摘要目的 探讨高位硬膜外封闭治疗交感型颈椎病的可行性.方法 研究2008年12月至2009年11月间共收治的交感型颈椎病患者95例,执行严格的诊断、纳入标准,行高位硬膜外封闭治疗.结果 95例交感型颈椎病患者近期疗效的有效率为68.42%.结论 高位硬膜外封闭治疗交感型颈椎病是安全,合理和有效的.

abstractsObjective To investigate the feasibility of the epidural closed treatment to be used sympathetic cervical spondylosis. Methods To study 95 cases with sympathetic cervical spondylosis from 2008 to 2009. The diagnosii was strictly and the patient's treatment were brought into properly. By mean of treatment of epidural closed. Results In this study, the rate of the effective rate on 95 patients was 68.42%. Conclusion The treatment of epidural closed to sympathetic cervical spondylosis is safe, rational and efficient.
