摘要目的 通过预见性行为护理干预,分析小儿静脉应用钙剂引起皮肤症状相关因素并采取整改措施,提高小儿静脉应用钙剂的安全性.方法 采取回顾性与前瞻性相结合的调查方法,比较2005～2008年间评价小儿静脉应用钙剂的情况.结果 通过预见性护理干预及临床观察指标比较采用预见性护理模式较传统护理方法疗效显著,皮肤安全性高.结论 预防性护理干预为提高小儿静脉应用钙剂的皮肤完好性方面有很高的临床意义,同时也是临床以经验为基础的传统护理向现代护理转变的依据.

Methods adopts the investigation method recollecting nature and prospectivity being tied in wedlock each other,2005 estimates that the little child vein applies calcium agent condition comparatively during the 2008 years. Results By prevision nursing the pattern interfering with and observing clinically an index to adopt the prevision nursing comparatively is more notable than tradition nursing method curative effect, skin security is high. Conclusion Prevents the nature nursing from interfering with for the skin intact aspect improving the little child vein applying the calcium agent has very high clinical meaning, the tradition being also to take experience as basis clinically at the same time nurses to the basis that the modern nursing changes.
