摘要目的 探讨鼓室注射甲强龙治疗难治性突发性耳聋的观察与护理要点.方法 对常规方法治疗无效的32例患者行鼓室内注射甲强龙,并给予细心的观察及精心的护理.结果 19例患者听力及耳鸣症状都有不同程度的改善.结论 鼓室注射创伤小、方法简单安全、并发症少,细心的观察及精心的护理对患者的治疗及康复有重要的意义.

abstractsObjective This study aimed to investigate the key points of observation and nursing on intratympanic prednisolone for refractory sudden hearing 1oss.Methods Thirty-two patients with sudden hearing loss who were refractory to conventional treatment,were treated by intratympanic prednisolone,and were observed、nursed carefully.Results Hearing and tinnitus improvement were observed in 19 of 32 patients.Conclusion Intratympanic injection with less traumas and complications may be a simple safe and effective therapy,and carefull observation and nursing play an important part in the treatment and habilitation.
