摘要目的 观察梅花针叩刺拔罐治疗配合甲钴胺穴位注射带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)疗效.方法 将80例患者随机分为梅花针叩刺拔罐组和梅花针叩刺拔罐配合甲钴胺穴位注射组各40例.2组疗程均为20 d.结果 梅花针叩刺拔罐配合甲钴胺穴位注射组与梅花针叩刺拔罐组均能有效的治疗PHN,但梅花针叩刺拔罐组的总有效率明显低于梅花针叩刺拔罐配合甲钴胺穴位注射组;经统计学分析,差异具有显著性(P＜0.01),梅花针叩刺拔罐配合甲钴胺穴位注射组与梅花针叩刺拔罐组治疗前VAS评分比较(P＞0.05),无显著性差异,二者具有可比性.梅花针叩刺拔罐配合甲钴胺穴位注射组与梅花针叩刺拔罐组治疗前后情况对比均有显著性差异(P＜0.01)治疗后梅花针叩刺拔罐配合甲钴胺穴位注射组与梅花针叩刺拔罐组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.01).结论 说明梅花针叩刺拔罐配合甲钴胺穴位注射组治疗PHN明显优于梅花针叩刺拔罐组.说明二者均可有效的治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛;说明梅花针叩刺拔罐配合甲钴胺穴位注射组在治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疼痛程度方面明显优于梅花针叩刺拔罐组,可有效消除患者的疼痛.

abstractsObjective To observe the curative effect of percussopunctator-cupping combined point-injection Mecobalamin in post herpetic neuralnia. Methods Eighty cases of herpes zoster patients were equally randomized into percussopunctator-cupping group and percussopunctator-cupping combined point-injection Mecobalamin group(once daily for 20 times). Results After treatment the curative effect in the two groups weere decreased significantly as time went on, but there was obvious difference between the two groups (all P ＜0. 01). there was no obvious difference between the two groups in the pretreatment of VAS(P ＞ 0. 05). The total effective rates of percussopunctator-cupping combined point-injection Mecobalamin is better of percussopunctator-cupping group. There was statistical significance in the pretreatment and post treatincnt between the two groups(P ＜ 0. 01). Conclusion Percussopunctator-cupping combined point-injection Mecobalamin treated on PHN is effective and safe with good tolerance than percussopunctator-cupping.
