摘要目的 观察结构脂肪乳对于高龄胃癌术后患者的使用安全性及耐受性.方法 选择高龄胃癌患者,年龄＞75岁,术后随机分为两组,分别由外周静脉及中心静脉给以输注结构脂肪乳剂(力文),使用6 d,使用前及第3天、第7天监测患者血脂变化,及血常规,肝肾功能变化,并监测有无各种不良反应,观察患者的耐受性.结果 两组患者均能很好耐受结构脂肪乳剂(力文)的输注,无一例患者发生严重不良反应.同时患者血脂及肝肾功能无明显波动.结论 结构脂肪乳(力文)对于高龄患者术后使用是安全的,患者耐受性良好.

abstractsObjective To observe the structure of fat emulsion for elderly patients with gastric cancer after the use of safety and tolerability. Methods elderly gastric cancer patients, age ＞ 75 years old, were randomly divided into two groups of patients, respectively, from peripheral veins and central venous infusion given the structure of fat emulsion (Li-Wen), the use of six days and the third day before use, the seventh day to monitor changes in patients with blood lipid and blood,liver and kidney function and to monitor the availability of a variety of adverse reactions to observe the patient' s tolerance. Results The two groups of patients are able to structure a good tolerance of fat emulsion (Li-wen)of the infusion, no patients developed severe adverse reactions. At the same time, blood lipids and liver function of patients had no significant fluctuations. Conclusion The structure of fat emulsion (Li-wen)for the elderly patients is safe to use, good patient tolerance.
